I’m Amy, a Mortgage and Insurance Advisor
Experience
I always wanted to work in a Bank, and did my work experience at my local Midlands Bank (now HSBC). I joined Lloyds TSB in my late teens, starting as a cashier and working my way up to train as a Mortgage Advisor. I loved the role and the variety of clients I got to help, and have remained in the industry ever since.
As well as Advising, I’ve experienced many job roles, including under-writing, compliance, business development and management.
I’ve worked for the UK’s largest Banks, Building Societies and Insurance Providers and was working for HSBC when I took the leap to go self-employed. With two young children, finding a work / life balance and flexibility was crucial. An ex-colleague recommended I speak to Kingsbridge and I haven’t looked back since.
It doesn’t matter where you are in life or what your mortgage or insurance needs are, it can be over-whelming and having an experienced and trusted adviser can take away the stress and offer you support throughout the process. This is why I do what I do and love what I do.
I get to know my clients so I understand exactly what their needs and future plans are and offer solutions to make them happen.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I love trail running, walking and reading and socialising.
